Booking Conditions for Guided Morocco Tours

Reservation and Confirmation

We require a completed booking form and a non-refundable deposit to secure your reservation. Confirmation of your booking will be sent via email, including details of your itinerary and payment instructions. Please review the confirmation carefully and notify us immediately of any discrepancies.

Payment Policy

A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The remaining balance must be paid before the start of your tour. Payments can be made through bank transfer or online payment methods. Please note that all bank charges associated with the transfer are the responsibility of the guest.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 30 days before the tour departure will receive a full refund, minus the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made 15–30 days before departure will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 15 days before departure are non-refundable. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.

Changes and Amendments

Any changes to your confirmed booking (dates, itinerary, number of travelers) must be requested in writing as early as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes, subject to availability. Additional costs arising from amendments are the responsibility of the guest.

Tour Operation

Guided Morocco Tours reserves the right to modify itineraries due to weather conditions, road closures, or circumstances beyond our control. We will always endeavor to provide alternative arrangements of equivalent quality. In the unlikely event that a tour must be cancelled by us, a full refund will be provided.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all guests obtain comprehensive travel insurance prior to departure, covering medical emergencies, trip cancellation, loss of luggage, and personal liability. Guided Morocco Tours is not responsible for any costs arising from the absence of adequate travel insurance.

Liability

Guided Morocco Tours acts as an agent for transportation, accommodation, and other services. We accept no liability for injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity that may occur due to the actions of third-party service providers or events beyond our control, including force majeure. Guests participate in all activities at their own risk.

Passport, Visa, and Health Requirements

Guests are responsible for ensuring they hold a valid passport and any required visas for entry into Morocco. It is also the guest's responsibility to meet any health requirements or vaccinations recommended for travel to Morocco. Guided Morocco Tours accepts no responsibility for any costs or consequences arising from failure to comply with entry requirements.
