Day-by-Day Itinerary

Pick up from your accommodation in Marrakech. We start by crossing the High Atlas Mountains, passing many charming Berber villages en route, and ascending to the highest peak of Tickha, where there are plenty of opportunities to enjoy the stunning and picturesque views of the High Atlas Mountains range. We will visit the Telouet Kasbah, built in the 18th century. This magnificent stronghold was the residence of the influential Glaoui family, who played a significant role in Moroccan politics. We will also visit the Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah, a famous 17th-century fortress classified by UNESCO, to preserve and protect this renowned site. Over the years, its fame built on its appearances in films such as Lawrence of Arabia, Jesus of Nazareth, Gladiator, Kingdom of Heaven, and Prince of Persia. You will have lunch at a restaurant near the Kasbah. The journey takes you past Skoura town, through the Valley of Roses towards Kalaat Megouna, and finally, entering Boumalne Dades, where you will have dinner and an overnight stay.
